Ford Kimball, Managing Member

Ford Kimball is the founder of Redford Day, LLC and has over 24 years of experience in the development of start up and small businesses and technologies. Ford has been self-employed as a business consultant, primarily in the small business sector for the last eight years and has held several senior level positions in various financial firms prior to forming Redford Day, LLC.  These positions included financial management, business development, project management and financial strategies and utilizing his skills as an executive and an entrepreneur, Ford provides his clients strategic vision, planning and business development that results in a clear focus for management moving forward.  In addition, Ford has worked in operations, general management, investor relations and marketing with a strong emphasis on business development. Ford has also evaluated market demands and opportunities for many of its partners and has created strategic marketing and business development plans in conjunction with Google, Facebook and Tapjoy to name a few for many of its partners.  Ford has held the Series 7, 63 and RIA designations and is also a Board Member of the National Kidney Foundation of Colorado, Wyoming and Utah.  Ford has a BA from Brown University in Political Science with an emphasis in Psychology.

 

JB Gardei, Managing Member

JB began his career in the US Navy as a cryptologist serving throughout the world and onboard fifteen surface ships and seven submarines in support of national interests.  JB has continued his service to the United States Intelligence Community supporting the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) working for Scitor Corporation and SAIC for the past 23 years as an INCOSE Certified Expert Systems Engineer Professional at Buckley Air Force Base and has served as the Denver Area Manager for SAIC for the past 3 years responsible for 120 people and two facilities.  JB also supports business pursuits, proposal development, and engineering career expansion for SAIC.  JB has been cited six times by the Intelligence Community Directors for his efforts supporting the Intelligence Community and the Us Air Force.  JB got his bachelor’s degree from Regis University.

 

Ken Seitz, Numbers Guy

Ken began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company in Cleveland, Ohio, where he spent 6 years working for a small, privately-held business.  From there, he moved to a number of privately-held companies serving as the top financial person in every organization.  He has experience in a number of industries and led a number of projects across a wide range of functional areas and technologies.  His focus the last 10 years has been on start-up, turn-around and distressed companies.  Ken retired in 2013 and is currently working as a consultant for small companies.  Ken received his CPA certificate from the State of Ohio in 1981 and has served on a number of non-profit Boards, and currently serves on the Audit Committee of MusiCares in Los Angeles, California.  He is active in his church Men’s Ministry and enjoys hiking, biking and weight lifting.
