Ford Kimball, Managing Member

Ford Kimball is the founder of Redford Day, LLC and has over 29 years of experience in the development of startup and small businesses and technologies. Ford has been self-employed as a business consultant, primarily in the small business sector for the last 14 years and has held several senior level positions in various financial firms prior to forming Redford Day, LLC.  These positions included financial management, business development, project management and financial strategies and utilizing his skills as an executive and an entrepreneur, Ford provides his clients strategic vision, planning and business development that results in a clear focus for management moving forward.  In addition, Ford has worked in operations, general management, investor relations and marketing with a strong emphasis on business development.  Ford has held the Series 7, 63 and RIA designations and is also a Board Member of the National Kidney Foundation of Colorado, Wyoming and Utah.  Ford has a BA from Brown University in Political Science with an emphasis in Psychology.

 

JB Gardei, Managing Member

JB has had an impressive career journey, spanning both military and civilian roles, with a strong focus on intelligence and engineering. Starting in the US Navy as a cryptologist in 1983, JB served on numerous ships and submarines, contributing to national security efforts across the globe. Transitioning to the private sector, JB has dedicated over three decades to supporting the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) through his work with Scitor Corporation and SAIC.  Based at Buckley Air Force Base, JB has held significant leadership roles, including Denver Area Manager for SAIC, where he oversaw a team of 79 employees and multiple facilities. His responsibilities encompassed various aspects, from personnel management to supporting business pursuits and engineering endeavors. With a bachelor’s degree from Regis University and certification as an INCOSE Certified Expert Systems Engineer Professional, JB brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work.

 

Ken Seitz, Numbers Guy

Ken began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company in Cleveland, Ohio, where he spent 6 years working for a small, privately-held business.  From there, he moved to a number of privately-held companies serving as the top financial person in every organization.  He has experience in a number of industries and led a number of projects across a wide range of functional areas and technologies.  His focus the last 10 years has been on start-up, turn-around and distressed companies.  Ken retired in 2013 and is currently working as a consultant for small companies.  Ken received his CPA certificate from the State of Ohio in 1981 and has served on a number of non-profit Boards, and currently serves on the Audit Committee of MusiCares in Los Angeles, California.  He is active in his church Men’s Ministry and enjoys hiking, biking and weight lifting.
